Our Board of Trustees brings together a rare combination of expertise — from humanitarian work and governance to healthcare, compliance, and community development. Each member was drawn to OCI not by obligation, but by a genuine belief in the mission and a desire to honour the legacy that inspired it.

Founder

Kayode Olufemi O.

Executive Director

Kayode Olufemi O. is a humanitarian and community leader dedicated to improving the lives of vulnerable populations through health and education outreach. As the founder of OCI, he leads initiatives that provide free medical care to the elderly and educational support to children, including school fees, supplies, and infrastructure.

Driven by the vision “Charity Beyond Borders,” Kayode brings compassion, leadership, and strategic vision to every initiative the organization undertakes. His late father’s dream of a kinder world is the heartbeat of everything OCI stands for.

Afolashade Joy Jubrilla

Head of Partnerships | Emergency Response Volunteer

Afolashade Joy Jubrilla is a governance and development strategist with expertise in strategic partnership, institutional goverance, and stakeholder engagement. As head of Partnerships at Opadola Care initiative, she leads the development of strategistic collabarations that strengthen the organization"s programmes, expand its reach. and advance its humanitarian mission.

Adaobi Umo-Etuk

Secretary, Opadola Care Initiative

Adaobi Umo-Etuk is a Nigerian banking and compliance professional with extensive experience in regulatory compliance, governance, and organizational integrity. As Secretary of Opadola Care Initiative, she supports effective governance, strengthens institutional processes, and helps ensure the organization operates with transparency, accountability, and the highest ethical standards.

Adesanya Oluwasegun Emmanuel

Team Lead | Humanitarian Project Assistant

Adesanya Oluwasegun Emmanuel is a Nigerian public servant and community development advocate with a strong commitment to social impact. As Team Lead at Opadola Care Initiative, he supports the planning and implementation of humanitarian projects, bringing his public service experience to initiatives that improve the lives of vulnerable communities.

Michael Pedro

Program Support Volunteer | Humanitarian Project Assistant

Engr. Michael Pedro is a public health and project management professional with over 15 years of experience in health information systems, monitoring and evaluation, and programme implementation. As Programme Support Volunteer at Opadola Care Initiative, he provides technical expertise that strengthens programme delivery, monitoring, and the impact of the organization's humanitarian initiatives.
